Investment philosophy
We believe in actively managing our own risk and driving value
from within and not relying on third party managers.
As such, we overwhelmingly prefer real estate and private equity
asset classes.
We believe in portfolio diversification and therefore look for a
combination of investment opportunities that generate a blend of
strong capital and income growth, with a focus on medium term exit
opportunities. We have significant expertise in the real estate
asset class (see www.cv-intl.com) where our track
record is second to none, but we have also successfully applied our
expertise to a number of other asset classes and sectors
(see www.hrsid.com) on a
truly international basis.
We favour working with other like minded families and top tier
institutions (including pension and sovereign wealth funds) to
access significant pools of capital and to provide further access
to very interesting investment opportunities.
Fundamentally, we always look for a close alignment of interests
in every investment decision we make and we believe that this is
key to our success.
